This blog is a collection of topics and opinions on the Durban Property Market in general, with specific reference to investment property.
My hopes are that this becomes a simple property blog where anyone with an opinion may post their comments for debate or simply just get a little more information.
Having been involved in the Durban Commercial and Industrial Property Market for roughly 10 years now, a decision was made to build this website into a collective of what is deemed to be of the most relevant opinions, points to ponder and insight that a property investor, property practitioner or even conventional home owner may wish to discuss or read about within the convenience of one website.
My opinions mostly come from exposure to daily scenarios and a background of a property valuation education.
This blog is one third of the website Durban Property Searcher, which provides as its main function, a portal to industries and services in the Durban Property Market, a portal to property companies serving the Durban Community and its surrounding districts, a collection of leases and agreement template for free download by landlords, buyers and sellers, as well as other interesting information. The third portion is dedicated to a free property classifieds which can be used by anyone wishing to buy, sell, lease or provide holiday accommodation in kzn.
